Shipping methods and Delivery times The total time is the sum of the processing time and the shipping time.
Processing time = the time between when you place an order and when we ship it; Shipping time = the time between when your order has been shipped and delivered to you; The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order tracking number within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales12@ddshelfliner.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

What do I do if my package was damaged?
Immediately contact our Customer Service sales12@ddshelfliner.com. We will work with you to get your damaged products replaced with a new as soon as possible.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order HERE I can see that the status of my order shows ”Delivered”, but I have not received my parcel.
What can I do?
Below are some steps and suggestions on how you can solve this issue: – Check if the shipping address of your order is correct. – Ask your neighbors, relatives or friends if they have received the parcel on your behalf.
All orders reported as ”delivered” by shipping companies are considered delivered. Rongxin cannot be made liable of non-delivery in this case.
Refund policy We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
