Installation Instructions of Static Window Film:
Step 1. Keep Window or Glass Clean

Step 2. Measure the window and determine size

Step 3. If you need to cut,draw lines the window film with markers. Make sure the edge of the protective film and the glass surface have a 1cm gap.

Step 4. Wet the Window or Glass with water( the more flowing water, the better)

Step 5. Remove the Static Film from backing protect sheet, if it is difficult to tear off the protective film, you can try to tape the two sides with duct tape and then peel off.

Step 6. Squeegee away air bubbles and redundant water with a scraper or hard card (Don't move it again for 24 hours)

Step 7. 2 people work together more efficiently.

Step 8. Enjoy your works! If you want to remove it, simply peel the window film from any corner.It comes off leaving no residue cleanly.

    How do I check the status of my order?

    When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

    Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order tracking number within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales12@ddshelfliner.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

    What countries do you ship to?

    A full list of the countries where we ship our products is available on the Payment Page. When you click on the Country drop-down window, you will see the list of countries.

    What do I do if my package was damaged?

    Immediately contact our Customer Service sales12@ddshelfliner.com. We will work with you to get your damaged products replaced with a new as soon as possible.

    How can I track my order?

    You can track your order HERE I can see that the status of my order shows ”Delivered”, but I have not received my parcel.

    What can I do?

    Below are some steps and suggestions on how you can solve this issue: – Check if the shipping address of your order is correct. – Ask your neighbors, relatives or friends if they have received the parcel on your behalf.

    All orders reported as ”delivered” by shipping companies are considered delivered. Rongxin cannot be made liable of non-delivery in this case.

    Refund policy We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Returned goods purchased while on sale will be refunded at the sale/discounted price. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or custom orders.

    Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
